Jess Suchan, a health and holistic wellness coach, confirms that I am not crazy! She explains how everyone’s body is different and only YOU know what works best. She gives helpful advice about how to lose/maintain weight in a healthy way. She dissects some recent fads, like the celery juice cleanse and explains how it has the potential to help someone but it isn’t for everyone. I love when we do episodes like this because I feel like we are learning how things specifically affect us as individuals.
