This episode is a big snap judgment on guys we’ve only seen on TV for a matter of seconds. We’re not overly optimistic about Hannah’s group of men, but we’ve watched this process enough times to know that’s not really fair to think at this point. It seems like every Bachelorette season we’re hesitant about the quality of the bunch and then we find some gems. Demi and Katie of Colton’s season were watching Hannah in a surveillance van on the first night of her season. Given their insight, we needed to have them on episode 1 (season 11) of The Almost Famous Podcast. Being at the mansion that night, the girls felt more connected to Hannah’s group of men and they advise us on who to keep our eyes pealed for. Demi lets us in on a sassy moment that didn’t make air. She also explains just how she was notified about Scott and his girlfriend back home. It was a shockingly organic discovery. Plus! We grill Demi and Katie on who they want to see in Paradise and we give our picks for Top 4.

I disagree that Hannah B. had a less impressive group of guys, I thought many of the guys featured shared a goofy humor and authentic nature that makes good matches for Hannah, but that’s just me.
But, I definitely get negative vibes from a few, one of which was Luke (1st impression rose). I actually thought, okay, one of you guys needs to go out there and comfort her because honestly this whole thing is about connection. But, it didn’t seem authentic when he did it, especially after one of the other guys mentioned that it could be an “opportunity”. One thing that really stood out to me that no one else has mentioned (that I know of) is that when he did go out there, he made it more about himself, and Hannah mentioned probably 3 times how cold she was. He did not offer her his jacket!! To me, that is a huge red flag. I just know my husband would ALWAYS offer me his jacket. Either he didn’t really care about her, or chivalry is dead.
