Episode 111: How To Think, Act, and Be Happy With Dr. Mike Dow: What do you do when you’re just in a funk and can’t get out of it? Dr. Mike Dow has some techniques you can use to help get rid of the blues. It’s all about training yourself into a new way of thinking. One of my favorite techniques is creating something called a worry diary. You write down your worries and as little as a week later go back and read them and most likely realize those worries were nothing to get anxious about. I discuss how with a lot of encouragement Jared went from having narrow perspective on his future to dreaming big and believing he could achieve lofty goals. I was able help shake up his thinking pattern and in this podcast Dr. Mike can help you do the same!
